Order Cancellation by Modern Tactical Riffle
Modern Tactical Riffle reserves the right to cancel any order. In the event that we need to cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount of the purchase.
Errors and Omissions
While Modern Tactical Riffle makes every effort to have accurate and complete information on our site, including but not limited to pricing, availability, and product features, we occasionally make mistakes. Customer agrees that they will not hold Modern Tactical Riffle liable for such mistakes or omissions and acknowledges that orders may be canceled after the fact due to errors or omissions. PAYING VIA PAYPAL
PayPal has become a nearly ubiquitous method of payment in e-commerce. Customers enjoy being able to make payments with a single login rather than needing to enter their credit card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address every single time. Because so many customers want to use PayPal and because it’s relatively easy to integrate into an existing checkout page, most e-commerce merchants now offer PayPal as one of the available methods of payment.
Despite its advantages, however, PayPal still has one thing in common with traditional credit card payments: fraud. Like any other payment processor, PayPal faces a ceaseless onslaught of scams and fraud attempts trying to take money out of someone else’s pocket. Return policy
Customer Satisfaction is our #1 goal. If you are not happy with our products or service and you need to return a product,
please let us know and we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you. All new items sold have a 3-day inspection
period from time of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your order upon arrival, we will refund your money
or exchange the item, less a 15% restocking fee. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from us within the 3-
day inspection period. Then, the NEW or UNUSED item must be returned to us within 15 days from the date received.
Return shipping charges will not be refunded. Do not ship items C.O.D. as they will be refused. This general product
return policy does not apply to items sold As-Is (used or out of production). This general product return policy does not
apply to firearms, suppressors, and/or ammunition.
TO RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE:
- Obtain a Return Authorization Number by e-mailing us at sales@modern-tacticalriffle.net within the 3-day
inspection period. Be sure to include your customer information and original order number. This is necessary to ensure
your returned package is received and processed properly. You may contact us by telephone; however your return will
be processed more quickly via e-mail because of the efficiency of our automated computer systems. - We will e-mail you back with a Return Authorization Number.
- The NEW or UNUSED item must be returned in its original packaging within 15 days from the date received and the item must not show any wear, usage, or intentional damage. If we determine that the returned item is not in sellable condition we will return it to you and no refund or exchange will be made. Please include a copy of the original receipt and Return Authorization Number prominently displayed on your return
- If a product is being exchanged, normal shipping charges will be applied when the new item is sent to you.
- The returns department requests that we allow 1-2 weeks turn around time for the issuance of a refund or for the
- shipping of an exchange.
- Original shipping charges, insurance, delivery confirmation charges, and/or credit card fees are not refunded.
- The following will prohibit a full refund:
- Returned items without original packaging
- Items (product) that have been modified, abused, show wear, or have any intentional damage
- Items returned without a Return Authorization Number
Defective items
New products are guaranteed to be free of defects. Used (As-Is ) items are guaranteed to be as advertised. Although we
visually check each item for any apparent defects before it’s shipped, we do ask that you immediately check your
merchandise upon arrival. If the items appear defective, or do not function properly, please contact the manufacturer.
Most products sold are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and requires items to be sent directly to the
manufacturer for replacement or repair, not to Centennial Gun Store. We are not a warranty repair station for any
manufacturer. In some instances, we can provide manufacturer contact information. In the rare case we made a mistake
on your order for example, sent the wrong item, we can issue a return services label so you will not pay return freight
charges to send the item back to us.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If an item is damaged during shipment, please keep all materials (boxes, packing lists, labels and merchandise included
with the shipment.) – This assists the claims process. Open and inspect all your items immediately upon arrival. If the
package was damaged in shipment, please call the freight carrier to initiate the claims process
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of weapons are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products like simulators
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, paypal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If a weapon was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
